Payment information
Registrations, hotel reservations, and social events will be confirmed when Congrex has received payment. Admission to the conference is granted only if Congrex has received the registration fee. Delegates, who have made late payments, should bring a proof of payment to the conference. Failure to present this on request gives Congrex the right to charge the amount to your credit card.
Conference arrangements for IEEE ISGT Europe 2010 are organized by Congrex Sweden AB. To meet with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (PCI DSS) and to further enhance the security of your credit card transaction when making your online booking you will be directed to a secure payment gateway hosted solution via DIBS (payment gateway).
Account balances
All account balances will receive a request for payment, via email from IEEE ISGT Europe 2010 which will detail your account
overview and include the secure link to our payment suppliers (DIBS).

Please indicate your name and the payment reference number on all money transfers. The Conference Secretariat will not be responsible for identifying funds transferred directly into the account when the name of the participant or invoice number is not mentioned, nor will the Conference Secretariat accept charges of bank fees associated with the transfer. As from 3 weeks before the IEEE ISGT Europe 2010 we only accept credit cards as payment.
Cancellations
Registration: Notification of cancellation must be made in writing to Congrex,

Cancellations will be accepted until September 10 2010 with a refund of all prepaid fees
less a cancellation fee of SEK 500. After this date no refunds will be given.
Accommodation: Notification of cancellation must be made in writing to Congrex, ieee-isgt-europe2010.delegates@congrex.com. Cancellations will be accepted until September 1 2010 with a refund less a cancellation fee of SEK 500. After this date no refunds will be given.
Social Events: Notification of cancellation must be made in writing to Congrex, ieee-isgt-europe2010.delegates@congrex.com. Cancellations will be accepted until September 10 2010 up to which date the total amount will be refunded.
