Guidelines
Authors are advised to go through the following information carefully before entering the paper submission site:
- Complete manuscripts are to be submitted electronically through Congrex Sweden AB paper submission system. The submission system will be available from April 1, 2010 through June 30, 2010. Please note that the authors must sign and submit the IEEE copyright form upon submission of the final version of the paper.
- Papers should be formatted according to IEEE PES template which can be downloaded at http://ieee-pes.org/templates-and-sample-of-pes-technical-papers and may not exceed 8 pages in length. Papers not conforming to the IEEE PES template will not be considered for review.
- Submitted papers should be written in English, and in PDF file format.
- Maximum size of the file is 2 MB. For larger file size, please contact us at ieee-isgt-europe2010.papers@congrex.com.
- Name your file as follows: Family Name_First Two Words of the Paper's Title (Lamm_Smart_Grid). Use only the English alphabet A-Z.
- Please remember to press the Finish button at the bottom of the final step of the submission.
- After the submission, an acknowledgement of receipt will be sent to the corresponding author’s email address. If you do not receive this email within 24 hours, please contact us for technical support at: ieee-isgt-europe2010.papers@congrex.com.
- All information related to the paper will be sent to the corresponding author only.
- It is possible to make changes to the submitted paper until the submission deadline through the Personal Page. To log into your Personal Page, please use your unique user ID and password, which you received in the confirmation email after the submission.
